Mr. Justin “Paul” Yeager was born January 7, 1957 in Pineville, Kentucky, to Mary and Bill Yeager. Paul passed away September 5, 2025 surrounded by family and those who attended his honor walk coordinated by Network for Hope.

On January 1, 1988, Paul married Karen Koehler Yeager. He has two daughters, Jessie Yeager Beckman and Amanda Yeager Warner. He also has two son-in-laws, Jonathan Beckman, and Stephen Warner, that became his children and called him dad. He leaves behind three grandchildren, Liam, Kaden, and Josie.

Paul had an immense love of music. He played drums in a rock band in high school , and played trumpet in the band in high school and college. He was in the high school choir and was a DJ for WYWY in Barbourville. He continued throughout his life playing, singing, and listening to music for enjoyment. He loved sharing that love with his children and grandchildren. The last few years, he and Karen have taken pleasure in seeing “the bands we loved in the 70’s who are now in their 70’s”.

More than anything, Paul loved his family. He spent his life working at TMMK to provide the best life possible. Paul was the glue that held his family together, and the one that kept them smiling. Anyone that knew Paul knew he loved to make others laugh, and did what he could to keep everyone “on their toes”. Paul’s smile and laugh were contagious, and he would do anything to help another person. He was kind and compassionate in everything he did.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Mary Tuggle and Bill Yeager; father-in-law Bob Koehler; and brother Arlin Yeager. He is survived by his wife Karen Yeager; daughters Jessie (Jonathan) Beckman and Amanda (Stephen) Warner; grandchildren Liam, Kaden, and Josie; brother Larry (Arlene) Yeager; sister-in-law Judy Yeager; a special brother-in-law Brian (Bonnie) Koehler; mother-in-law Jeree Koehler; nieces Emily Koehler (Matt Cleaver), Elizabeth Koehler, and Allison Yeager; nephews Mike (Melanie) Yeager, and Justin (Tabitha) Yeager; among other relatives, loved ones, and dear friends.
