Matthew Edward Summers of London, Kentucky passed away from this life on Saturday June 26, 2021 in London, Kentucky.

He was born on March 12,1989 in Corbin, KY.

He was the son of Bruce Edward Summers and Loretta Lynn Tidwell.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents George and Audrey Mchargue. His grandmother Daisy Westerfield. An aunt Joann Nunn and a Nephew Ricky Spencer.

He is survived by his parents Bruce Edward Summers (Donna Gail) of London, Kentucky and Loretta Lynn Tidwell of Barbourville, Kentucky. His wife Angela Smith Summers of London, Kentucky. His beloved daughter Savannah Summers of London, Kentucky.

His Grandfather Joseph Westerfield (Peggy) of Pikeville, Kentucky. Two sisters Elizabeth Spencer (Jeffery) of Barbourville, Kentucky and Kerrigan Fox (Andrew) of Somerset, Kentucky. A Step-Brother Steven Fields of London, Kentucky. And He is also survived by a Host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Funeral services for Matthew Edward Summers will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon in the Laurel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ivan Siler and Bro. Zach Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Horse Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky.

The family of Matthew Edward Summers will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour of 2:00 p.m.
