Mrs. Frances Louise Sinard, 68, of London, passed away Saturday afternoon, February 22, 2020 at the Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly in London. She was the daughter of the late Herbert Lee and Joyce Geneva Helton Spivey born on October 21, 1951 in Knox County.
Frances was a former program processor with Exxon and a member of the Boones Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, embroidering, shopping and attending yard sales.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her long-time companion, John C. Riddle; a brother, John Allen Spivey and grandparents, Dave and Sarah Prichard Spivey and William Hiram and Sarah Campbell Helton.
Survivors include two children, Johnny Lee Davis and wife, Kricket, of Gray and Loretta Lynn Dixon and husband, Frankie, of LaFollette, TN; special friends, Johnny Riddle and Connie Tarleton; 11 grandchildren, Maranda Davis, Shayla Flannary and husband, Brian, Izaiah Davis, Luci Burke, Ebony Burke, Emily Moore, Johnathan Burke and wife, Angelica, Matthew Renfro, Josh Renfro, D. J. Smith and Autumn Meadors and husband, Brandon; five great grandchildren, Chris Mason, Bella Hampton, Jay Burke, Jocelyn Mason and Dallas Meadors; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Spivey; a niece, McKinsey Spivey; two nephews, Steve and Mike Spivey; a special friend, Connie Tarleton; her special dog, Smoke; among other loved ones and dear friends.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Tuesday, February 25 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Briston Daly officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Prichard Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Josh Bingham, Jake Bingham, Izaiah Davis, Steve Spivey, Travis Grubb and Brandon Meadors.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday after 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
Expressions of sympathy may go to the Knox – Whitley Animal Shelter in her memory.
