Mr. Jerry Lee Mills, 64, of Barbourville, passed away Thursday morning, December 9, 2021 at his home.  He was the son of the late Carlo and Chelsie Abner Mills born on May 29, 1957 at Oneida.

Jerry was a television repairman and of the Pentecostal faith.  He enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing and spending time with his family.  He was known to have a positive outlook on life and loved to laugh and whistle.

He united in marriage with Bonnie Bailey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Jonas Marcum.

Survivors include his siblings, Minnie Marcum of London, Marie Adams and husband, James, of Artemus, Judy Marion of Paintsville, Brenda Hubbard and husband, Herschel, of Barbourville, Lonnie Ray Mills of London, Jessie Paul Mills and Delbert Burton Mills both of Bimble; several nieces and nephews; among other loved ones and dear friends.

His funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Wednesday, December 15 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Leslie Broughton and Rev. Charles Hensley officiating.  He will be laid to rest in the Stansbury Cemetery in Corbin.

Casket bearers will be family and friends.

Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday after 12 Noon until the funeral hour.

Expressions of sympathy may go to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
