Mr. Dallas Lee Messer, 40, of Phelps, passed away Saturday morning, June 24, 2023 in Pike County.  He was the son of the late David and Fannie Gray Messer born on October 5, 1983 in Pineville.

Survivors include a brother, David Dwayne Messer of Callebs Creek and a sister, Crystal Messer of Iowa; among other loved ones and dear friends.

At this time no funeral services are planned.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
