LEE, Ronnie H. (1943 – 2019)

Mr. Ronnie H. Lee, 76, of Kay Jay, passed away Wednesday evening, August 21, 2019 at his home.  He was the son of the late B. J. and Girdie Bull Lee born on February 21, 1943 in Knox County.

Ronnie was the former owner and operator of Lee Home Improvement.  He enjoyed NASCAR, reading, tinkering with old cars and four-wheeling.

On October 31, 1964, he united in marriage with Sally Jones and to this union six children were born.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sally, and an infant daughter, Oma Grace Lee.

Survivors include five children, Jackie Rhodes of Siler, Jenny Lee and Josie Fuson and husband, Roger, all of Kay Jay, Ruthann Rivera of Galion, OH and Holly Hronas and husband, Michael, of Trosper; two sisters, Phyllis Jean Henson and husband, Jimmy, of Ruskin, FL and Vickie Joan Lee and Bill of Ashland, OH; 11 grandchildren, Jacob Rhodes, Aaron McKeehan, Natasha McKeehan, Megan McKeehan, Justin Fuson, Kenny Stover, Anthony Rivera, Michael Rivera, Faith Hronas, James Hronas and Annabelle Hronas; 11 great grandchildren; a special nephew, Ricky Jones; among other loved ones and dear friends.

His funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Saturday, August 24 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Jimmy Lee officiating.  He will be laid to rest in the Goins Cemetery at Harps Creek.

Casket bearers will be family and friends.

Friends may call at the funeral home Friday between 6 and 9 P.M. and Saturday prior to the funeral hour.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
