INMAN, Billie (1942 – 2019)
Mrs. Billie Inman, 77, of Barbourville, passed away Friday afternoon, June 7, 2019 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Ray F. and Daisy Wagers Engle born on March 6, 1942 in Bell County.
Billie was a homemaker and a member of the North Main Community Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Williamson Sr.; a son, Hughie Inman and a brother-in-law, L. B. Smith.
Survivors include her children, Tim Williamson and Lana, Tammie Phipps and husband, Scott and Lonnie “Peanut” Williamson Jr. and wife, Angie; brothers, Renus Engle and wife, Faye, and Lyde Engle and wife, Linda; sisters, Peggy Norris and husband, Lyle, Tommie Smith, Janie Jones and husband, Jonesie, Diana Gray and husband, Russell, Pam Lindsey and husband, G. A.; ten grandchildren, Daniel Cooley, Londa Holder and husband, Rand, Stephen Peace and wife, Deanna, Ryan Williamson, Daniel Phipps, Derrick Phipps and wife, Mandi, Jeremiah Williamson and wife, Kendra, Heather Carnes and husband, Corey, Miranda Taylor and Sadie Rae Williamson; great grandchildren, Jasmine, Abby, Ethan, Emma, Karter, Nehemiah and Lilly Jack; special friends, Zelma Messer, Jobeth Collins, Kara Saylor, Tresea Slaven and Bettina Priddy; among other loved ones and dear friends.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Tuesday, June 11 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Scott Phipps and Rev. Nate Jones officiating. She will be laid to rest in the John R. and Donia Patterson Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be her grandsons. The ladies at Hope City will serve as honorary bearers.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday between 6 and 9 P.M. and Tuesday prior to the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
