Mrs. Audrey Kay Hubbard, 64, of Barbourville, the widow of Robert E. Hubbard, passed away Thursday morning, September 23, 2021 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital.  She was the daughter of the late Thelma Frederick born on June 30, 1957 at Trosper.

Audrey was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.  She enjoyed planting flowers, making sure everyone was doing okay and spending time with her dog, Gizzy.

In addition to her mother and husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Robin Diane and a brother, Jack Brewer.

Survivors include her children, Jason Hubbard and wife, Kim, and Jess Hubbard all of Barbourville; a sister, Theresia Lewis of Richmond; a brother, Terry Frederick of Barbourville; two grandchildren, Jimberly Faith Hubbard and Bailey Ray Hubbard; uncles who she loved as brothers, Bob Frederick and wife, Kathy, and Don Frederick and wife, Charlotte; an honorary sister, Marsha Cecil; among other loved ones and dear friends.

A graveside service will be conducted in the Burch Alford Cemetery Tuesday, September 28 at 2 P.M. with Rev. David Barnard officiating.

Casket bearers will be family and friends.

Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday between 12 Noon and 1:30 P.M. at which time family and friends will make their way to the cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
