Mr. Kenneth Reed Carnes, born January 19, 1943, was the son of the late Orange and Rose Carnes of Dewitt, Ky. Kenneth departed this life on September 6, 2025, at the age of 82. He is survived by his daughter, Krista C. Stuckey of Atlanta, Ga., granddaughter Reagan Rogers, Tampa, FL, and former spouse, Dr. Karen K. Carnes-Hamlin of Atlanta, Ga. He is also survived by his brother Bobby Carnes of Bimble, Ky.

A special thank you to his caregiver, Tonyia Wilson, RT, for her unwavering dedication, patience, and spiritual compassion, which transcends the role of caretaker and transforms a job into a calling. Tonya’s undying commitment has left an indelible mark on those who witnessed
her extraordinary care.

A private graveside committal will be held.
