Ms. Tiffany Rose Brown, 36, of Barbourville, passed away Sunday afternoon, August 3, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.  She was born April 14, 1989 in Pineville, the daughter of the late Gary and Theresa Fryman Overton.

Tiffany was a nurse and a believer in the Baptist faith.  She loved her family, especially her girls, and was obsessed with whatever her they wanted to do.  She enjoyed traveling and skydiving with her best friend, April. Tiffany also loved hanging out at the salon with her sister and taking care of her patients.

On June 5, 2004, she united in marriage with Richie Brown and to this union two daughters were born.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Herbert and Helen Overton.

Survivors include her loving children, Mackenzie Brown and fiancé, Devon Butcher, and Presley Brown all of Bryants Store; a sister, Jessica Smith and husband, Marcus, of Barbourville; niece and nephew, Nadia and Gavin Smith; her best friend, April Storms of Corbin; among other loved ones and dear friends.

Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Thursday, August 7 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Tip Smith and Rev. Mickie Smith officiating.  She will be laid to rest in the Gambrel Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Gavin Smith, Devon Butcher, Matt Merritt, Jacob Butcher, Daniel Brun and Jaxon Storms.

Friends may visit at the funeral home Thursday after 12 Noon until the funeral hour.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
